With the holidays coming up, it's time to bring out your baking supplies! This season, we would like to share this pro tip with you so you can make the most of our Baker's Brittle in your recipes.

Instead of just using graham crackers crumbs for your cheesecake crust, try adding some crushed Baker's Brittle of your choosing to make your own personalized cheesecake that'll be a hit at any family dinner!

Ingredients:

1 cup ground graham crackers

1/2 cup Baker's Brittle

6 tbsp. butter, melted

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)

8 ounces cream cheese

1 1/2 cups white sugar

3/4 cup milk

4 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

First, preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 inch pie plate.

In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, crushed Baker's Brittle (make sure it's crushed well!), melted butter and cinnamon until well blended. Press the mix into the pie plate.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until it has a smooth consistency. Blend in milk and eggs slowly so that all the ingredients mix well. Then, add in the sour cream, vanilla and flour until well mixed. Pour in the mixture on top of your pie crust.

Put in the oven for about 1 hour. Once baked, turn oven off and let the cheesecake cool in oven for 5 to 6 hours. Finally, put in the fridge until you're ready to serve.

Feel free to top off your cheesecake with your choice of fruits, chocolate shaving or other garnishes that may compliment your Baker's Brittle infused creation!
